Ep 04 - Healing our connection to the body through yoga

Welcome to this episode of the podcast where we explore the powerful practice of yoga in helping women heal their connection to their bodies. As we all know, in today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with our bodies and neglect our health, leading to physical and mental imbalances. However, through the practice of Sadhana, women can build a deeper connection and awareness of their bodies, ultimately leading to healing and transformation.

Sadhana is a Sanskrit word that translates to mean "spiritual practice" or "discipline," and it is the cornerstone of many spiritual traditions, including yoga. Through Sadhana, women can build a regular practice of self-care, connecting with their breath, and cultivating a deeper understanding of their body's needs.

Yoga provides a platform for women to explore their relationship with their bodies and create a deeper connection to themselves and others. It teaches us to be present, aware, and mindful of our bodies, which helps us to identify areas that need attention and healing.

Through the practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation, women can learn to move their bodies in ways that feel nourishing and supportive, allowing them to release tension and pain, and creating space for healing to occur. As we connect with our bodies, we can also deepen our relationship with the earth and recognize our interconnectedness with all living things.
